Rotamer tables - rotamer parameters used in the `rotamer' program

DESCRIPTION

These are the rotamers used in the CCP4 program ROTAMER (see there for the reference). The amino acids are sorted with decreasing number of side chain torsion angles. You can directly jump to ARG, ASN, ASP, CYS, GLN, GLU, HIS, ILE, LEU, LYS, MET, PHE, PRO, SER, THR, TRP, TYR, VAL.
